We are committed to making this website usable for everyone. The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the standards set out by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) for information and communications.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with correct heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls; visible focus states on every interactive element.
• Colour-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA minimums (most text meets AAA).
• Alt text on every informational image; decorative images marked appropriately.
• Form fields with labels, error messages tied to inputs, and no colour-only indicators.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting; motion is minimal by default.
• No auto-playing video with sound.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (booking widgets, map integrations) are outside our direct control. If you encounter an accessibility issue with any part of the site we can fix, please tell us.
